Experience - Association Management
Sally has gained extensive experience in Association Management through her involvement in
a range of projects and contracts outlined below.
Gippsland Tourism Inc. (2005 - 2006) -
Sally held a 12 month contract as project coordinator / administrator for the peak tourism body of Gippsland at the time.
This included undertaking all tasks associated with the following:
- monthly meeting scheduling, agenda, reports and minute preparation,

coordination of corporate governance requirements (e.g. Public Officer, annual reports to Consumer Affairs,
adherence to and variations to Rules of Association),
- developing policies and guidelines for key business elements (eg. sponsorship),
- file / record keeping, financial processing,
- maintenance of 1,000 member plus stakeholder database,
- acting as a central point of contact for general enquires from industry, government bodies and media,
- production and distribution of promotional collateral,
- procurement of sponsorship and other revenue streams,
- regular monitoring of project budgets and reporting to Board and Treasurer.

Committee Administrator for Phillip Island and Gippsland Discovery Tourism Inc. (2000 - 2005) -
Sally held the position of Committee Administrator for five consecutive years undertaking all tasks associated with the following:
- monthly meeting scheduling, agenda, reports and minute preparation,

coordination of corporate governance requirements (e.g. Public Officer, annual reports to Consumer Affairs,
adherence to and variations to Rules of Association),
- developing policies and guidelines for key business elements (eg. sponsorship)
- file / record keeping, financial processing,
- creation of stakeholder and media database,
- acting as a central point of contact for general enquires from industry, Government bodies and media,
- general project support including preparation of project briefs and contracts.
During this time, Sally also undertook the sales campaign for the 2003 Phillip Island and Gippsland Discovery
jigsaw brochure and cooperative marketing campaign raising over $125,000 in industry contributions.
